Your needs change — your plan can too. Here's how each side works.
SMS volume
There's nothing to "upgrade" for SMS — it's pay as you go. To get a better per-SMS rate, simply buy a larger credit pack; the volume tier applies automatically. If you send at high volume every month, ask us about a custom rate.
WhatsApp plan
- Upgrade (e.g. Starter → Growth) any time for a higher conversation allowance and more features — it takes effect immediately.
- Downgrade applies from your next billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for this month.
- Manage it from Portal > WhatsApp, or tell us which plan you want and we'll switch it.
