Domain & Website Troubleshooting

If your site isn't loading or your domain "isn't working", it's almost always DNS. Here's how to narrow it down.

Just registered or just changed DNS?

DNS changes take time to spread across the internet — usually 30 minutes to a few hours, occasionally up to 24. If you only just made the change, give it a little time before assuming something's broken.

Where is the domain pointed?

  • Hosted with us: Your domain should use our nameservers and an A record to your hosting IP. If the site shows a blank page or directory listing, that's a server-side config we fix for you.
  • App hosted elsewhere (Bolt, Vercel, Netlify, etc.): The platform gives you a DNS record — an A record (IP) and/or a CNAME. Those go into your domain's DNS with us. Send us exactly what the platform shows and we'll add it.

Common situations

  • "This site can't be reached": DNS not pointed yet, or still propagating.
  • Security/SSL warning: The certificate is missing or still issuing. We'll re-issue it — give it a few minutes after DNS is correct.
  • Old site still showing: Your device cached the old DNS. Try another network or device to confirm.
  • Email stopped after moving DNS: Your MX records need to be re-added. Tell us and we'll restore them.
We'll just do it. DNS, A/CNAME records, SSL and email routing are server-side fixes our team handles directly. Send us the domain and what you're trying to reach, and we'll sort it.
