Sakura SMS supports multiple payment methods popular in Tanzania. Follow the step-by-step instructions below for your preferred method.

M-Pesa (Vodacom)

1. Dial *150*00# on your Vodacom line
2. Select Lipa kwa M-Pesa
3. Select Lipa kwa Namba ya Biashara
4. Enter Business Number: 000000 (Sakura merchant number)
5. Enter the amount in TZS
6. Enter your M-Pesa PIN
7. Confirm the transaction
8. Credits are added automatically within 1-2 minutes

Tigo Pesa (Tigo)

1. Dial *150*01# on your Tigo line
2. Select Lipa
3. Select Kwa Kampuni
4. Enter Business Number: 000000 (Sakura merchant number)
5. Enter the amount in TZS
6. Enter your Tigo Pesa PIN
7. Confirm the transaction
8. Credits are added automatically within 1-2 minutes

CRDB Bank

1. Log into your CRDB SimBanking or Internet Banking
2. Select Payments
3. Search for Sakura Group or enter the biller code
4. Enter the amount and your Sakura SMS account email as reference
5. Confirm payment
6. Credits are typically added within 5-15 minutes

Selcom (All Networks)

Selcom works across all mobile networks (Vodacom, Tigo, Airtel, Halotel):

1. Go to Billing > Top Up in your Sakura SMS dashboard
2. Enter the amount you want to add
3. Select Selcom as the payment method
4. Enter your mobile number
5. You'll receive a USSD push prompt on your phone
6. Enter your mobile money PIN to confirm
7. Credits are added automatically upon confirmation

Payment Troubleshooting

• Credits not appearing? — Wait 5 minutes, then check Billing > Transactions. If still missing, contact support with your transaction ID
• Wrong amount? — Contact support for a reconciliation. Include the mobile money receipt number
• Failed transaction? — Ensure sufficient balance in your mobile money account and that your PIN is correct
