Do credits expire?
No. Your wallet balance never expires. Top up whenever you want and use your credits at your own pace.
Can I switch tiers later?
Tiers are based on volume, not commitments. As you send more, you automatically qualify for lower per-SMS rates. No tier changes needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer. All payments are processed securely.
