Importing Contacts
Import your contacts from CSV files or sync from your SMS gateway.

Build Your Audience
Sakura SMS supports multiple ways to import your contacts.
CSV Import
- Navigate to Audience > Contacts
- Click Import CSV
- Your CSV must have columns for: phone number (required), first name, last name
- Accepted formats: .csv, .xlsx
- Maximum 50,000 contacts per import

Gateway Sync
If you have contacts stored in your SMS gateway (e.g., from previous providers), use the Sync Gateway tab in Audience to pull them into Sakura automatically.
Manual Entry
Add individual contacts by clicking Add Contact and filling in their details.
Duplicate Handling
Sakura automatically detects duplicate phone numbers. Existing contacts are updated with new information rather than creating duplicates.
