Account Issues
Can't Log In
- Verify you're using the correct email address
- Check your password — use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
- Clear browser cache and cookies, then try again
- Try a different browser or incognito mode
Account Not Approved
- New accounts require admin approval after onboarding
- Approval typically takes 2-4 hours during business days
- Ensure all KYC documents are uploaded and legible
- Contact support if approval takes more than 24 hours
Account Restricted
- 50 SMS/day limit: Complete KYC verification to remove this limit
- Suspended account: Usually due to TCRA compliance violations. Contact support for details.
- API access blocked: Ensure your account is approved before generating API keys
Changing Account Details
To update your business name, email, or other registered details, go to Settings > Profile. Some changes (like business name) require re-verification.
