Account Issues

Can't Log In

  • Verify you're using the correct email address
  • Check your password — use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
  • Clear browser cache and cookies, then try again
  • Try a different browser or incognito mode

Account Not Approved

  • New accounts require admin approval after onboarding
  • Approval typically takes 2-4 hours during business days
  • Ensure all KYC documents are uploaded and legible
  • Contact support if approval takes more than 24 hours

Account Restricted

  • 50 SMS/day limit: Complete KYC verification to remove this limit
  • Suspended account: Usually due to TCRA compliance violations. Contact support for details.
  • API access blocked: Ensure your account is approved before generating API keys

Changing Account Details

To update your business name, email, or other registered details, go to Settings > Profile. Some changes (like business name) require re-verification.
