Campaign Sending Errors

Fix errors when campaigns fail to send or show unexpected behavior.

Campaign Not Sending?

Here are the most common campaign errors and their solutions.

"Insufficient Credits"

  • Your balance cannot cover the campaign cost
  • Check your balance in the dashboard
  • Top up credits before retrying
  • Tip: Reduce recipients or shorten your message to lower cost

"Sender ID Not Found"

  • The selected sender ID is not approved for your account
  • Request a sender ID in the Compose page
  • Wait 3-5 business days for network approval

"No Recipients"

  • The selected group is empty, or no valid numbers were found
  • Check your contact group has members
  • For manual entry, ensure numbers are in correct format (255XXXXXXXXX)

"Campaign Stuck in QUEUED"

  • Large campaigns are processed in batches
  • Check the History page for progress updates
  • If stuck for more than 30 minutes, contact support

"Message Too Long"

  • Your message exceeds the maximum length
  • SMS: 918 characters max (6 segments)
  • Use Magic Write to shorten while keeping the message impactful
