Tour the admin panel: stats, user management, gateways, API monitoring, approvals, and AI config.
Admin Control Center
The admin dashboard gives platform administrators a bird's-eye view of the entire Sakura SMS operation. Access it from the Admin section in the sidebar (visible only to admin accounts).
Admin Dashboard Sections
Platform Stats
- Total Users — Active, pending, and suspended account counts
- Messages Today — Real-time SMS and WhatsApp volume
- Revenue (30 days) — Total credits purchased and consumed
- Gateway Health — Live status of all connected SMS gateways
User Management
Approve, reject, or suspend user accounts. View KYC documents, top up credits, and reset passwords. Full guide here.
Gateway Configuration
- Monitor connected gateways (Beem, NextSMS, Africa's Talking)
- Check balance, delivery rates, and response times
- Switch primary/fallback gateway routing
API Monitoring
- View API usage per customer (requests, errors, rate limits)
- Monitor webhook delivery success rates
- Review API key usage and security alerts
Approvals Queue
- New account registrations awaiting review
- Sender ID requests pending TCRA submission
- KYC document reviews
