As an admin, you control who can access the platform and what they can do. This guide covers all user management operations.

Viewing Users

  • Navigate to the admin Users section

Approving New Accounts

  • Review the submitted company details and industry
  • Check KYC documents if uploaded
  • Click Approve to activate the account (user receives email + SMS notification)
  • Click Reject with a reason if the application doesn't meet requirements

Suspending Accounts

Suspend accounts that violate terms of service or TCRA regulations:

  • Click the user's profile and select Suspend
  • Provide a reason (visible to the user on login)
  • Suspended users cannot send messages or access the API
  • Credits are preserved and restored upon reactivation

Manual Credit Top-Up

  • Click Top Up Credits
  • Enter the amount and select a reason (complimentary, adjustment, refund)
  • The transaction is logged in both the admin ledger and the user's billing history

Password Resets

  • Users can reset their own passwords via the login page
  • Admins can force a password reset from the user's profile
  • A reset link is sent to the user's registered email
