Lead Sources
- Chat Widget — Visitors who interact with the website chatbot
- WhatsApp — Inbound WhatsApp messages from new contacts
- SMS Replies — Responses to campaigns from non-registered numbers
- API — Leads submitted via the developer API
Accessing Leads
- Navigate to Admin > Leads
- View all leads sorted by recency with status indicators
- Filter by source, date, status (New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted)
Live Conversations
- Monitor ongoing chat conversations in real-time
- See what the AI is responding and intervene if needed
- Take over a conversation from the AI for personalized handling
Lead Intelligence
Each lead profile includes:
- Contact Info — Name, phone, email (if provided)
- Conversation History — Full chat transcript
- Interest Signals — Products asked about, pricing inquiries
- Source & Timing — Where they came from and when
Lead Actions
- Follow Up — Send a personalized SMS or WhatsApp message
- Convert — Create a customer account from the lead
- Archive — Remove from active pipeline
- Export — Download leads as CSV for external CRM
