Adding Knowledge Entries
- Go to Admin > Training in the dashboard
- Click Add Knowledge
- Enter a Topic (e.g., "Return Policy") and Content (the detailed answer)
- The AI immediately starts using this information in responses
Knowledge Sources
The AI draws from multiple sources:
- Admin-Created: Entries you manually add in the Training section
- AI Auto-Learned: Facts discovered during customer conversations
- Web-Crawled: Automatically extracted from your websites (weekly refresh)
- Static Articles: The comprehensive Knowledge Base you're reading now
Best Practices
- Write entries as Q&A pairs for the clearest AI understanding
- Keep content concise — the AI processes short, specific facts better than long paragraphs
- Update entries when your pricing, policies, or products change
- Review AI auto-learned entries periodically for accuracy
