  • Click Add Knowledge

  • The AI immediately starts using this information in responses

The AI draws from multiple sources:

  • Admin-Created: Entries you manually add in the Training section
  • AI Auto-Learned: Facts discovered during customer conversations
  • Web-Crawled: Automatically extracted from your websites (weekly refresh)
  • Static Articles: The comprehensive Knowledge Base you're reading now

Best Practices

  • Write entries as Q&A pairs for the clearest AI understanding
  • Keep content concise — the AI processes short, specific facts better than long paragraphs
  • Update entries when your pricing, policies, or products change
  • Review AI auto-learned entries periodically for accuracy
