Sakura SMS provides official Meta WhatsApp Business API integration. Send template messages, receive customer replies, and manage conversations from a shared team inbox.
Prerequisites
- A verified Meta Business account
- A dedicated phone number for WhatsApp (cannot be used on WhatsApp personal)
- KYC-verified Sakura SMS account
Setup Steps
- Step 1: Go to Settings > Gateway Config in your dashboard
- Step 2: Under WhatsApp section, click Connect WhatsApp
- Step 3: Enter your Meta App credentials (App ID, Phone Number ID, Access Token)
- Step 4: Verify the connection with a test message
- Step 5: Configure your webhook URL for incoming messages

Each conversation counts toward your plan's monthly allowance. Meta categorizes conversations as:
