Accessing the Inbox
Navigate to WhatsApp > Inbox in the sidebar. All active conversations appear on the left panel. Click any conversation to view and reply.
24-Hour Window
WhatsApp allows freeform replies only within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After 24 hours, you must use an approved template to re-initiate the conversation.
